The training course is designed for three age groups:
• From 2.5-4 years (Baby)
• From 4-6 years (Junior)
• From 6-9 years (SportMix)
From 8-11 years (Active)

Contractual Relationship:
The contractual relationship between the Provider and the legal representative of the child participating in the training course as a customer (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Customer’) is governed by Maltese law and is subject to these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as ‘Terms and Conditions’). The contractual relationship between the Provider and the Customer starts with the registration of the child for the Gymnathlon training course and the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Customer before the provision of the Services.

Pricelist:
The pricelist can be found on the Gymnathlon website at www.gymnathlon.com.mt. The Customer is obliged to pay the price established in the pricelist for the Services.

Training Course:
The training course consists of 28 Gymnathlon training sessions (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Training Course’) divided into 2 training semesters, unless otherwise specified in the course description. Each training session lasts 60 minutes, or 45 minutes in the case of the Baby program. The Training Course includes a combination of athletic, gymnastic, and mental exercises. At the end of the Training Course, each child has the opportunity to be tested using the SportAnalytik methodology, which identifies their sports type and the most suitable sports for them.

Conditions of Participation in the Training Course:
The Customer is responsible for bringing the child on time for the Training Course and collecting the child afterward. During the Training Course, the Customer must ensure that the Provider can reach them on the mobile number provided during registration. If the child is sick or injured, they should not attend the training course.

Registration:
Registration begins with the completion of the registration form (hereinafter referred to as the “Form”) at gymnathlon.com.mt. The Form can be filled out electronically on the Gymnathlon website. Agreement with the Terms and Conditions is a mandatory part of the registration. Agreement with the Terms and Conditions is confirmed either by submitting the Form electronically or by signing the printed Form. To participate in the Gymnathlon Training Course, the child must be physically and mentally healthy. By accepting the Gymnathlon Terms and Conditions, the Customer confirms that the child is physically and mentally healthy to participate in the Training Course. In case of any doubt, the Customer is advised to consult the child’s pediatrician.

Liability Waiver:
The Customer is obliged to inform the Provider about any medical or health problems of the child, any medication the child needs to take, or any health aids the child needs to use. The Customer must ensure the child has taken the necessary medication and health aids. All risks related to the physical and mental fitness of the child are borne by the Customer. The recommendations provided by the Provider at the end of the Training Course are tentative and do not guarantee that the child will excel in the recommended sport. The success of the child in the relevant sport is influenced by many external factors, and the Provider will not be held responsible for the future success of the child in the sport recommended by the Provider. The Provider will not be responsible for the loss or damage of items brought to the Training Course that are not necessary for the sports activities, such as jewelry, electronics, or large amounts of money.

PPhotography/Video:
By accepting the Terms and Conditions, I expressly agree and understand that any images or recordings of my child and/or myself may be used on the Gymnathlon website, Facebook page, and for promotional adverts, videos, or materials.
