Sports program for children aged 6–9 years
A multisport program developing versatility, team spirit, and cooperation through teaching the fundamentals of various sports.
An advanced sports program designed for children aged 6 to 9, aimed at introducing them to the basic fundamentals of various sports and further developing their versatility.
Diverse and playful training sessions, led by two coaches, gradually focusing on teaching the basics of basketball, gymnastics, tennis, athletics, volleyball, and parkour, with an emphasis on fostering team collaboration. The training plans for each sport were developed in collaboration with sports clubs, associations, and experts from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University.
Children collect motivational stickers in their game plans, and the course is accompanied by the popular traveling mascot, Max the Monkey.
Methodology
Gymnathlon is a versatile sports program that provides comprehensive sporting development for children. Its goal is to foster a love for movement through playful and methodically designed training sessions, while teaching children essential skills appropriate for their age.
