What do our trainers say about Gymnathlon?

Stefania Scicluna

"As a Gymnathlon coach, what matters most to me is seeing children excited for each session and truly enjoying sports with us. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness their progress—not just in their physical abilities, but also in how they grow socially—from their first session to the last. I take great pride in knowing that many children continue with me through different age groups over the years, and it’s even more special when their younger siblings eventually join as well."

John Dimech

“What I appreciate most about Gymnathlon is its professional approach and structured way of management, where everything follows a clear order and quality is always a priority. Being part of a team that is united by the goal of bringing joy to children through sports and instilling values like fair play is truly rewarding. Every training session is a well-organized experience, not only for the kids but also for the coaches. I love seeing how children progress, build friendships, and develop a lifelong positive relationship with sports.”

Kersty Fenech

"I chose to coach young children because their boundless energy and enthusiasm make every session incredibly rewarding. Seeing them grow—not just physically, but also in confidence and character—gives me a deep sense of purpose. Every smile, every moment of excitement, and every small achievement is a reminder of why I love what I do. It’s a privilege to guide them on their journey, helping them develop skills, self-belief, and a love for movement. Knowing that I’m not just teaching them sports but also instilling values they’ll carry throughout life makes it even more fulfilling."

Neville Mercieca

"Coaching at Gymnathlon has given me a wealth of diverse experiences. Working with children can sometimes be challenging, but thanks to the well-prepared methodology, system, and support, I can prepare for sessions to deliver the best possible experience for the kids. On a personal level, it’s deeply fulfilling to bring joy to children through sports and to nurture the potential of a future little Olympian. These aspects and more have helped me grow as a coach and advance my personal development."

Gymnathlon DNA

We want to make Gymnathlon the best sports program for children,
helping them develop a lifelong love for sports.

Initiative and Proactivity

A key trait that signifies personal interest in moving things forward beyond the expected outcome. It is about intrinsic motivation to act not because it is required of us, but because we ourselves see an opportunity to improve something.

Timely Execution

The world is full of people generating ideas and thoughts. But we seek those who can also execute them in a timely manner. These are the people who can build and create real change.

Passion, Energy, Enthusiasm

We want people among us who are passionate about Gymnathlon and the athletic development of children. Because those who are passionate can ignite the enthusiasm of others around them.

Quality

We constantly ask ourselves: "Did I do this task to the best of my ability, considering the circumstances?" We strive for most of our answers to be "Yes." We do not want mediocrity to become the standard.

Customer-Centric Approach

We do not run Gymnathlon for ourselves but for children and their parents, whose satisfaction takes precedence over our own needs. In every significant situation, we ask ourselves: "Is this the best solution for the satisfaction of parents and the excitement of children?"

Communication

We prefer communication that is swift and open. Problems grow when they are not communicated or addressed. We care about maintaining high-quality communication with children, parents, and within our team.
