Sports program for children aged 2.5–4 years
The very first introduction to training in the accompaniment of parents, that aims to develop fundamental motor skills and children's independence.
Joint exercise for parents and children aged 2.5 to 4 years, designed to create positive emotional experiences around their first organized physical activities.
Each session offers a dynamic mix of simple movement games that change quickly, incorporating a variety of equipment to maximize engagement and enjoyment. The program was developed in collaboration with experts from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University to help children master 10 fundamental motor skills while gradually building their independence.
To make the experience even more playful, each session includes the popular mascot, Max the Monkey, and interactive game plans where children collect motivational stickers.
Methodology
Gymnathlon is a versatile sports program that provides comprehensive sporting development for children. Its goal is to foster a love for movement through playful and methodically designed training sessions, while teaching children essential skills appropriate for their age.
