The final sports program designed for children aged 8 to 11 aims to keep them in shape in a non-violent and playful manner through experiential fitness training and help them cultivate regular physical habits. The program is also suitable as a supplement to the training of specific sports.
The content of the classes, led by two coaches, includes versatile movement games, technical exercises, and training of 7 physical abilities designed as a fun circuit training. The training plan, tailored to the age and fitness level of the children, was developed in cooperation with experts from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University (Prague – Czech Republic).
Throughout the course, children collect motivational stickers for their game plans and can also look forward to their favorite mascot, Max the monkey, who supports them during sporting activities both in and out of training.
